CS Sohal Thakur is a Second-Generation Practicing Company Secretary and CS I U Thakur was the first person to start practice in Pimpri-Chinchwad (PCMC) in the year 1989.

CS Sohal Thakur Co-founder of SIUT & Co LLP, Company Secretaries is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds B. Com degree from Pune University. He has worked in I U Thakur Company Secretary firm and handled assignments of Secretarial Audit of Listed and Unlisted Companies, Due Diligence & SEBI, Company Law & LLP Compliances.
He has appeared before Regional Director, MCA for various applications including but not limited to Compounding of Offences under the Companies Act and Adjudication of Penalties. He is a regular speaker for various programs organized by ICSI, Pune Chapter.
CS I U Thakur
CS I U Thakur Co-founder of SIUT & Co LLP, Company Secretaries is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds LLB degree from ILS Pune. He is a Practicing Company Secretary since 1989 and has been providing consultancy services to various listed & other Companies on Company Law and allied matters, SEBI regulations including Companies belonging to large industrial houses for more than 3 decades. He is speaker for various programs organized by ICSI, ICAI, ROC Pune and Banks.
